Our Grace Memory Support Center is a safe, secure wing of our facility with designated staff that have a passion for serving those residents and family members that are living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Our center allows family and friends to visit and participate in the daily lives of our residents. The residents enjoy an active activity schedule as well as visits to our secure outdoor courtyard complete with a walking trail, bird feeders, raised garden beds and an outdoor seating area.
