Our History

More than 50 years experience

In 1962, The United Methodist Home of Enid was established through the combined efforts of the Oklahoma Conference of the United Methodist Church, private citizens and Federal matching funds in order to provide high quality nursing care for senior adults in Northwest Oklahoma. Our community expanded over time to become The Commons, offering additional options for care and services to meet a variety of needs. Ultimately, with the addition of our independent living apartments and town homes, memory unit and assisted living community we became a complete continuing of care community, offering peace of mind for residents who take comfort in knowing higher levels of health care are available if and when needed.
