The newest part of United Methodist Health Care Center is Grace Memory Support Center, for those with Alzheimer’s and related dementia.

Exclusive to Northwest Oklahoma, Grace Memory Support Center provides a home atmosphere and a secure environment, in order to help maximize and maintain independence and feelings of self-worth. The staff is dedicated and specifically trained to provide the best possible care. Each staff member works to promote good relationships, which reduces stress and repeatedly welcomes residents with a friendly and familiar face.

Resident rooms surround a central common area which includes a serving kitchen, dining tables, activity area and living areas for relaxing and socialization.
